Clyde manages the development and implementation of economic development initiatives for NYSEG and RG&E. He provides customers with guidance and coordination for their expansion and/or relocation projects in the 53 counties served by NYSEG and RG&E. Clyde works with government, business, and civic leaders toward strengthening the regional economy.
Clyde has worked for RG&E for 30 years in engineering, government affairs and corporate communications.
Clyde earned a civil engineering degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Rochester. He is a certified New York State Professional Engineer.
PAUL HUONKER

Paul works with existing and prospective industrial and commercial firms with a need to expand or relocate their businesses. He presents rate options, real estate and financing alternatives.
Prior to this, Paul was manager of community outreach and development in Elmira and was a real estate and tax representative in Hornell. He has been employed by NYSEG for 33 years.
He is a graduate of Corning Community College, Elmira College and the Economic Development Institute at Cleveland State University.

Pat supports both NYSEG and RG&E programs and initiatives. She is responsible for managing rate incentive programs at RG&E and supporting the department's outreach and marketing activities. She also represents RG&E at business and community development organizations.
She has been with economic development since 2000 after working for more than 25 years in RG&E's community relations and public relations areas. Pat holds a degree in marketing from Monroe Community College in Rochester.
JOE RIZZO

Joe works in partnership with our economic development allies, both at a regional and state level to attract and retain business.
His responsibilities include the implementation of economic development programs for both NYSEG and RG&E, including rate incentives, electric and natural gas infrastructure assistance, business energy efficiency and power quality.
He previously worked in marketing, holding various management positions. He has worked for RG&E for 27 years. He earned mechanical engineering degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and its Advanced Management Program.
DAWN COTE

Dawn is an administrative assistant for both NYSEG and RG&E. Dawn is responsible for providing ongong support for both the rate and non-rate programs, developing and maintaining various databases, and responding to general information requests. She has been with economic development since July 2003. She has worked at RG&E for five years. Dawn holds an associate degree in accounting from Monroe Community College in Rochester.
