NYSEG Awards $242,000 Economic Development Grant to 2775 Broadway Buffalo LLC for Renovated Industrial Site
– NYSEG, a subsidiary of Iberdrola USA, recently awarded a $242,000 economic development grant to 2775 Broadway Buffalo LLC for utility infrastructure investments that are part of the company’s renovated 227,000-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing building in the Town of Cheektowaga. 2775 Broadway Buffalo LLC. is a developer that offers manufacturing and warehousing opportunities to local and out-of-state clients.

Lynch, president and CEO of NYSEG and RG&E. “This project is a prime example of why we have economic development grant programs – the programs are excellent catalysts for capital investment that protects and creates jobs in upstate New York.”
“With the funding that 2775 Broadway Buffalo LLC has received from NYSEG’s Economic Development Team, we have been able to renovate an industrial site that would otherwise sit idle or eventually be vacant,” said Frank Mazzarella, manager member, 2775 Broadway Buffalo LLC.
The NYSEG grant is part of approximately $40 million NYSEG and RG&E invested in economic development in upstate New York between September 2010 and December 2013.
